The Leva Brass Floor Mounted Tub Filler is built squarely in the Victorian tradition — and makes no apology for it. Two slim brass columns rise from flat disc base plates, meeting at a central bridge where a pair of cross handles manage the flow and a curved spout arcs outward and downward in the classic tradition of the freestanding bath faucet. At the top, a telephone-style cradle handshower — bell-shaped head resting in an upright holder, coiled metal hose draping to one side — completes the picture with a detail that belongs entirely to the golden age of the clawfoot tub.
Every element is executed in solid unlacquered brass, finished in warm gold throughout. The cross handles have the correct weight and proportion for their function — substantial enough to feel purposeful, refined enough not to overwhelm. The curved spout, the cradle holder, the coiled hose — all share the same tone and the same material, so the assembly reads as a single composed object rather than a collection of parts. It depends on your tub. A freestanding tub sitting away from the wall takes a floor-mounted filler that stands beside it. A tub against a wall or with a deck takes a wall-mounted or deck-mounted filler. The key difference is the plumbing: a floor-mount needs its supply lines roughed into the floor, so it has to be planned before the floor is tiled. Each listing states its mount type in the specifications, so match it to your tub before ordering.

This is the most important thing to check, and it varies by model. A tub filler installs in two parts: the rough-in that carries the water inside the floor or wall, and the trim and spout that mount on top.
