The Olla Copper Vessel Sink draws its form from something older than modern design — the ancient round-bellied pot, wide at the mouth and tapering toward the base, built to hold and to endure. It is a shape that has existed across cultures and centuries, and here it finds a new purpose: a vessel for the daily ritual of washing, set on a marble counter, catching the morning light.
The contrast at the heart of this piece is what makes it unforgettable. Step back and you see the exterior: a full, unbroken coat of verdigris in deep teal and jade, rough-textured and organic, the kind of finish that looks like it was found rather than made. Step closer and look inside: a hammered copper interior in warm, luminous rose-gold, each strike of the hammer catching the light at its own angle, turning the basin into something that seems almost to glow from within. Two forged copper ring handles, darkened by time and heat, anchor themselves through the upper body on each side — a quiet structural detail that reads as sculpture.
Copper has the unique advantage of oxidizing over time, which means its color continues to evolve with the life of the sink. The older it gets, the more attractive it looks. Both are solid metal with a living finish, so the choice is about tone and what the basin sits beside.
Copper runs warm and reddish, ages into deep browns, and naturally resists bacteria.
Brass runs golden and coordinates cleanly with brass faucets and fixtures. Neither is plated and neither is more durable than the other. Pick the warmth you want for the room. The exact finish and dimensions are listed in each product's specifications.

Yes. Each one is shaped and hammered by hand, so the texture and the way it catches light are one of a kind.
Dimensions are held to spec within a small tolerance of around a quarter inch. The small variations in surface and tone are the signature of handwork, not flaws. No two are exactly alike, and that is the point.

They will not damage the metal. Soap residue and toothpaste are mildly abrasive, so they speed the patina where they sit. Rinse the basin after use and the tone stays even.
If a spot ever looks uneven, a metal polish brings it back, and the aging is always reversible. A coat of wax every few months keeps the patina slower and more uniform.
