The Hammered Copper Double Basin Farmhouse Sink gives you the working space of a proper kitchen sink — one side for washing, one side for rinsing, prep, or draining — without sacrificing an inch of warmth or character. Every surface is worked by hand: both basin floors, the interior walls, the wide rim ledge, and the full apron front are covered in a dense hammered texture that catches light from every angle and makes the copper surface look alive whether the sink is full or empty.
The apron front here is not flat. It bows gently outward in a soft convex curve — a detail that sounds subtle until you stand in front of it and feel how much more considered it makes the entire piece. Where a straight apron reads as a panel, the curved apron reads as a form — something that was shaped, not just cut. It sits proud of the cabinetry the way a farmhouse sink should, but with a little more presence, a little more intention.
The copper is left in its natural unlacquered state — no coating, no lacquer, no finish that will chip or peel. Water, air, and daily use will develop the surface over time, shifting the warm rose-copper tone toward deeper amber and bronze. The two drains patinate at the same pace as the basins. Both are solid metal with a living finish, so it comes down to tone and what the sink sits next to.
Copper runs warm and reddish, ages into deep browns, and the hammered texture hides water spots and small marks better than any other material.
Brass runs golden and pairs cleanly with brass faucets and hardware for a coordinated look. Neither is more durable than the other.

The patina is always reversible. You choose: polish it monthly and keep the shine, or leave it alone and let it develop. Neither choice is wrong.

Yes. The drain opening follows the standard US 3.5 inch size, so standard disposals fit the same way they would on any kitchen sink.
