We understand — sometimes you place an order and then change your mind. It happens to all of us!

No worries — you can cancel your order and get your money back, as long as it’s within our cancellation window.

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel an order, simply email us at support@hevna.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

 If your request is received within 24 hours and the item hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note: If more than 24 hours have passed, we will be unable to cancel the order.
