It often happens that you've already paid for your order but suddenly had a change of heart. This happens to everyone and that's completely okay! :-)

We won't ask for any reasons behind your decision. What truly matters is that there is no need to worry. You can cancel your order and get your money back!

How to Cancel Your Order After Payment

To initiate the cancellation process, simply send us an email at support@hevna.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Once we receive your request, you will need to await our response. If your item has not been shipped yet, you will receive a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, we regret that we are unable to cancel it at that stage - but our return policy will still apply.
