The warranty covers:

3. The durability of the finish on all items.
4. Products not matching the descriptions or images.

To address the problem, simply send us an image or video showcasing the issue along with a brief description. We will promptly send you free replacement parts to resolve the problem, or you can opt for a complete refund of your purchase.

Please be aware that items damaged during installation are considered a special case. Exercise caution during the installation process to avoid any damage.

For installation guidance, refer to the video instructions available on hevna's YouTube Channel. If you cannot find what you need, contact us at support@hevna.com and we will provide all the assistance needed. Applying excessive force during installation can lead to damage, so please handle the process with care.

For returns unrelated to the cases described above, you have a 60-day window to ship back the items for a full refund.
