The Antique Brass Wall Mounted Tub Filler with S-Spout shares the same honest, aged philosophy as its sibling — two pieces, two escutcheons, one lever — but the spout takes a different path from the wall to the tub. Where the L-shaped version steps directly outward and down, this one moves with more intention: rising slightly from its escutcheon, sweeping forward in a fluid S-curve, then angling back downward toward the water. The result is a spout with movement, with a suggestion of flow that the more angular form does not carry.
The patina is the same deeply earned antique brass that distinguishes these wall mounted pieces from anything lacquered or factory-finished. Dark oxidation spots sit across the large round valve escutcheon and along the spout body in the unpredictable pattern that only genuine brass aging produces - some patches darker, some areas still catching the warm gold tone beneath. The single slim lever, mounted at the center of the large escutcheon, controls everything with one precise movement. Below it, the S-curve spout mounts on its own smaller escutcheon, square-cut at the tip, the antique finish running continuously from wall to end.
This is unlacquered brass - a living finish that continues to develop honestly over time. The antique character you see today will deepen further as the brass responds to heat, steam, and daily contact. The lever tip will develop its own particular variation, the S-curve will darken at the bend where steam gathers most. Nothing is sealed. It depends on your tub. A freestanding tub sitting away from the wall takes a floor-mounted filler that stands beside it. A tub against a wall or with a deck takes a wall-mounted or deck-mounted filler. The key difference is the plumbing: a floor-mount needs its supply lines roughed into the floor, so it has to be planned before the floor is tiled. Each listing states its mount type in the specifications, so match it to your tub before ordering.

This is the most important thing to check, and it varies by model. A tub filler installs in two parts: the rough-in that carries the water inside the floor or wall, and the trim and spout that mount on top. If you are unsure, message us before ordering and we will confirm.
