Where the L-shaped version steps directly outward and down, this one moves with more intention: rising slightly from its escutcheon, sweeping forward in a fluid S-curve, then angling back downward toward the water. The key difference is the plumbing: a floor-mount needs its supply lines roughed into the floor, so it has to be planned before the floor is tiled.
