Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Lead time may take up to 2 weeks. During periods of high demand this can extend to 2-3 weeks.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• USA: It usually takes 3-5 business days.
• UK & Europe: It usually takes 3-7 business days.
• Rest of the World: It usually takes 14 business days.

Please be aware that shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing delays, which are unfortunately beyond our control.

After shipping your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number (Free Express Shipping via DHL or FedEx). Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
