Returns
Our return policy extends for 60 days from the date your purchase is delivered. If 60 days have elapsed since the arrival of your purchase at your address, regrettably, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your item. Additionally, you will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied automatically to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
The posting of your refund may require some time. If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, kindly reach out to us at support@hevna.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
For items that arrive defective or damaged, you may request either a replacement or a full refund within 60 days of delivery. Please email support@hevna.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without such measures in place.
